Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from Animo Kids as much as we do. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be:

  • unworn and unused,
  • in original saleable condition,
  • returned with original tags and packaging.

Please email us at with:

  • your name,
  • order number,
  • item(s) you wish to return,
  • reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please Note

  • Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@animokidsau.com

Please include photographs where possible so we can assess the issue quickly. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) for store credit and placing a new order.
