We want you to love your products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days on all items as long as the goods are in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.
Please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com to organise a return. State your name, email address, the item you wish to return and the reason for return. We will reply with a return shipping address and further details.
The items must be sent back unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a tracked service.
We aim to process returns within 24 hours of receipt of goods and the refund will be with you within 10 days.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and we will offer a credit note to the same value instead.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will advise you if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not available, we will issue a refund.
